    Each of your vendors are organized into individual profiles that show company details as well as your primary contact’s information, easily allowing you to place a quick call or shoot them an email.

    Just like you would set up a vendor, you can create individual profiles for your team. This is perfect for general contractors, roofers, cleaning crews, event planners etc. Instead of a company logo, upload a headshot and put a face to a name along with all of their contact info.

    All of this can be done from your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Update your info on the spot, and say goodbye to worrying if everyone has the info they need.

    Document Sharing & Storage

    Once you’ve set up your vendor or team member, you can click on that profile and you’ll have the option to upload or request documents for that profile. This is ideal for purchase order agreements, contracts, W9s or any other document that you might need quick access to.

    As a Vendorfied user, you also have your own document storage, where you can upload and share the often requested documents for your company. This is a perfect place for insurance, W9s, new customer forms and any other high touch documents.

Version 2.0 will support multiple users per account as well as permission settings for each user.

Personnel Profiles

Profiles will feature the name, photo and pertinent contact info for your entire team. These can be added manually or via CSV upload. Upon creation, an upload link will be sent out where they can upload their photo directly to their profile.

Document Sharing & Storage

Users can quickly upload and share high-use company documents—like insurance policies, trade references and other forms—for instant access. Files can also be saved directly within individual vendor profiles, keeping contracts, purchase orders and other critical agreements exactly where you need them.

Vendor Profiles

Vendor profiles contain company info along with primary and secondary contact information. The contact cards feature hyplerlinked emails and phone numbers for easy outreach from your cell or tablet. Vendor profile creation will also be available via CSV upload.

Projects

This is the game changer. Users can now create projects that house project details as well as assigns all personnel and vendors to that project. Pertinent documents can also be shared and stored in this environment.

Automated File Requests

Requests for documents within a vendor profile send an automated email to your contact requesting the document you specify. Upon receipt they can securely upload the file from a link in the email.
