The Beginning

When we created Vendorfied, it was our answer to the everyday headaches of managing vendors, projects and documents. We turned a jumble of spreadsheets, email threads and file folders into one clean, intuitive platform that saved time, reduced errors and kept everyone on the same page.

Along the way, we mastered the art of designing and building robust digital tools; ones that are powerful enough to run a business, but simple enough for any team to use.

VENDORFIED’S ADVANCED CAPABILITIES


Account Creation

Vendorfied features single seat accounts, company and user information with a dashboard for tracking the status of documents. Version 2.0 will support mulitple users per account as well as permission settings for each user.


Recurring Payments

Vendorfied can be accessed via an annual or monthly subscription. Utilizing Stripe’s API, we are able to manage these recurring payments. We also utilize this same Stripe account to invoice our branding and promo clients.


Automated Surveys

Upon creating a vendor’s profile, you can enter the emails of their trade references, which sends them a survey and provides you with a rating for that vendor. For Version 2.0 we will remove this feature in favor of an interactive PDF for gathering this and other important info to assist in the evaluation and account setup process.


Document Sharing & Storage

Users can quickly upload and share high-use company documents—like insurance policies, trade references and other forms—for instant access. Files can also be saved directly within individual vendor profiles, keeping contracts, purchase orders and other critical agreements exactly where you need them.


Vendor Profiles

Vendor profiles contain company info along with primary and secondary contact information. The contact cards feature hyplerlinked emails and phone numbers for easy outreach from your cell or tablet. Version 2.0 users can create all of their vendor profiles via csv file upload. Vendor contact cards will be shareable via email.


Automated File Requests

Requests for documents within a vendor profile send an automated email to your contact requesting the document you specify. Upon receipt they can securely upload the file from a link in the email.
